R.S.V.P. for your Game!

I'd like to announce a new feature that we've added and I would love your feedback. When you first log into the site, or go to the My Homepage link on the right, it takes you to a summary page. The summary page shows you your next games, any team announcements, and NAKAD News below that. Well, to help captains prepare for game day, we've added a feature where you can R.S.V.P. for your upcoming games. Check it out, RSVP, let us know what you think. Is there something you'd like to add? Remove? Change?
I'd love to hear your thoughts on if an RSVP should be for each individual game, or for the whole night.
Captains, when you log in, you should now see your team name as a link. Clicking on it should show you who has RSVP for that game. You'll also notice that next to your team name is a mail icon. Clicking this will take you to the page for sending your team a message.
Keep in mind that the RSVP system is in beta, and may not be 100% reliable yet. Your feedback and use will help solidify the tool. Thanks!

Thursday night Tempe Saguaro season will be starting April 15th.
NAKAD on national Just Dance commercial
by Kevin Phillips (2010-02-19 09:07:32)| Comment | Share on FacebookWell, if you haven't seen it yet (I saw it on MTV last night during Sixteen and Pregnant), there's a commercial running for Just Dance on national TV. In it, for a brief period, you can see NAKAD players dancing in NAKAD shirts.
The following players can be seen...
Brenda, Karen, and Kevin from last season's Two in the Pink (in the bottom right square)
Also in that square is Alex from The Beers.
Lisa and Kelli from last season's Last Picked (in the top square) dancing at Boulder's on Broadway.
Finally, Stephanie from Two in the Pink can be seen in the bottom left square, but not in NAKAD gear, booo!

We received word from Tempe Parks and Rec today that the fields at Kiwanis are still flooded and will be unable to have games tomorrow. On the bright side we can call meet at Boulders and have some fun. With the major storms gone, there is a good chance they will have power!
So join us at Boulders on Broadway tomorrow at 7pm. We will be passing out shirts and having a great time.
The full season will still be happening. The week 2 games will take place next week.
See you at the Bar tomorrow and the fields next week!
Schedules Updated

We will continue with Week 2 this Thursday and Friday. Everyone's shirts will be available at the fields. Please make sure to show up early to receive your shirt.
Boulders on Broadway closed tonight!

There is no electricity at the bar! While I don't generally require electricity for alcohol consumption, I do like my drinks cold and they like lights and credit card processors I'm guessing.
So, tonight is a bust all around. We still have the internet! If you need to get your NAKAD fix, then maybe come chat with the other players on our chat page.
